01 Operator And Acceptance
Valkiria is a SaaS platform operated by Denha Nexus s.r.o., Pekná cesta 2459/19, 831 52 Bratislava, Slovakia. By using valkiria.pro, sys.valkiria.pro, the API, or a user workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your organization and accept these terms. If a separate agreement, order form, or DPA contains specific terms, it controls for that subject matter.
02 Service Description
Valkiria helps connect advertising and analytics accounts, synchronize metrics, prepare campaign blueprints, analyze audiences, check tracking, build reports, and create validate-only, draft, or paused advertising plans. The service provides tools and recommendations, but does not guarantee advertising results, revenue, lead cost, or provider approval.
03 Accounts, OAuth, And Access
The user is responsible for having lawful access to advertising accounts, websites, pixels, CRM systems, analytics, and client data. Valkiria does not request passwords for Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft, Pinterest, X, Snapchat, Yandex, or other external systems. Connections use OAuth, API keys, or organization-admin settings that the user may revoke at the provider or in the service.
04 Ad Spend And Campaign Activation
Spend-affecting operations are blocked by default. Campaign generation, publish plans, imports, write validation, and provider QA must use validate-only, draft, paused, or another safe status unless an authorized user explicitly approves launch and spend. The user is responsible for budgets, billing, taxes, payment methods, and any charges in advertising accounts.
05 Acceptable Use
Valkiria may not be used for illegal activity, provider-policy circumvention, cloaking, hiding the real offer, unauthorized access, scraping, malicious code, sanctions violations, spam, discriminatory targeting, or processing data without a lawful basis. For regulated verticals, the user must provide licenses, legal basis, age/geo restrictions, and tracking proof before launch.
06 Customer Content And Data
The customer retains rights to websites, creatives, audiences, campaigns, files, brands, and data. The customer grants Valkiria a limited license to process those materials only to provide the service, support, security, reporting, and product improvements within applicable law and the agreement.
07 Payments, Plans, And Taxes
Paid features, limits, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and taxes are governed by the selected plan, order form, or separate agreement. If payment fails or payment terms are violated, paid features may be limited after reasonable notice unless the law requires otherwise.
08 Third-Party Providers
Valkiria depends on rules, APIs, limits, approvals, scopes, billing status, and availability of third-party platforms. A provider may change an API, reject an app, restrict an ad account, require business verification, or block a campaign object. Valkiria is not responsible for third-party provider decisions, but keeps safe statuses, audit logs, and reconciliation workflows where available.
09 Security And Privacy
Users must secure access, use strong passwords and MFA at providers, limit employee roles, and report suspicious access promptly. Valkiria applies technical and organizational safeguards described in the Privacy Policy, but the user is responsible for data accuracy, access rights, and lawful upload of client information.
10 Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valkiria is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, advertising charges, ad-account restrictions, rejected ads, or third-party platform decisions. Valkiria aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11 Changes, Suspension, And Termination
Valkiria may update the product, APIs, plans, features, security controls, and these terms. Access may be suspended for a terms breach, security risk, illegal activity, non-payment, or legal/provider requirement. The user may stop using the service and request export or deletion of data according to applicable retention rules.
12 Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law. Disputes are handled by competent courts of the Slovak Republic unless mandatory consumer-protection rules or other applicable law require otherwise.
