See the ad money before it runs out

The finance module keeps ad account balances, internal accounts, the transaction history and 30 days of spend by platform on one screen. You set the alert thresholds, and the value ledger reports estimates, confirmed results and what you rejected as separate numbers.

Why the ad budget is always understood after the fact

The money sits in several places

The Google Ads balance, the TikTok balance, internal accounts and earnings all live apart. No single interface shows the total until the platform invoice arrives.

The account empties on Friday evening

Delivery doesn't read a calendar: the balance runs out overnight or over the weekend, campaigns stop, and you find out on Monday from the traffic dip.

'How much the tool saved you' is a number from nowhere

You are usually shown one flattering total that mixes forecast, estimate and genuinely confirmed effect. That number can't be checked, so it can't be trusted either.

Three steps to control the ad budget

  1. Gather the accounts

Ad account and internal balances, top-ups by card, crypto or bank transfer, transfers between accounts and the full transaction history in one place.

  2. Set the thresholds

Low balance, large transaction and high spending — three thresholds that trigger alerts. You choose the amounts and the notification channels.

  3. Check the result

Spend by platform over 30 days, switchable between daily, weekly and monthly, plus the value ledger with separate statuses instead of one rolled-up 'savings' figure.

What the finance module gives you

Six balances on one screen

Main account, Telegram, mini-app and earnings, plus the TikTok Ads and Google Ads account balances, refreshing roughly once a minute.

A real zero stays a zero

When the live balance is actually zero, it is shown as zero rather than replaced by a nicer-looking figure calculated from transactions.

Spend by platform

A 30-day spend chart across Google, Meta, TikTok and Telegram, switchable between day, week and month, with a trend per platform.

Top-ups and withdrawals

Card, crypto or bank transfer for topping up, withdrawals from the balance, and transfers between your internal accounts.

Import and export

Transactions export to CSV together with balances and categories, and the same file format loads back in — handy for reconciling with accounting.

A value ledger with no grand total

Found, estimated, confirmed and rejected are shown separately and deliberately never summed into one marketing number.

Questions about the finance module

Which balances does the finance module show?

The main account, Telegram, mini-app and earnings, plus the TikTok Ads and Google Ads account balances broken down by individual ad account. Balances refresh automatically about once a minute, and you can force a refresh at any time.

Can I top up the balance with crypto?

Yes. Top-ups accept card, crypto and bank transfer, and the amount lands on the account you choose. Moving money between internal accounts is a separate transfer operation, and funds on the balance can be withdrawn.

Will I get an alert when an ad account is running out of money?

Yes, if you set a low-balance threshold. Next to it you can set thresholds for a large transaction and for high spending, and switch the notification channels on in the module settings. The default amounts can be changed to match the size of your budget.

What is the value ledger and why does it exist?

It reports what the system did over the last 30 or 90 days: how many issues were detected, how much money is at risk by estimate, how many improvements were confirmed by measurement, and how many recommendations you rejected. The statuses are shown separately and deliberately never merged into a single 'savings' figure.

Can I export transactions for accounting?

Yes, transactions export to CSV together with balances and categories, and the same file can be imported back. That makes reconciliation with the accounting team straightforward, and it is also how you migrate history from another system.

See where your money is right now

Balances, transactions and spend by platform land on one screen. An estimate and a confirmed result stay two different numbers.
